12 DISHES
12 CYCLES
12 STORIES
12 MOONS
12 SEATS
Our 12-course menu follows the rhythm of the moon — birth, growth, change, and renewal. As the lunar cycle shifts, so does our menu, evolving with the seasons, ingredients, and inspiration. No two experiences are ever the same.
With just 12 seats, we invite you to a front-row seat at our omakase counter, where every movement is precise, every ingredient intentional, and every dish a story told through flavour.
CHEF LEONARD TANYAG
Executive Head Chef Leonard Tanyag began his culinary journey at just 16. Stepping into a kitchen in Yamanashi, Japan, the aroma of freshly steamed rice, the rhythmic sharpening of knives, and the quiet discipline instantly felt like home.
With over 20 years of experience in some of the world’s most renowned Japanese restaurants, his journey has taken him across the globe. Along the way, he mastered sophisticated culinary techniques and uncovered the deeper meaning of food — its ability to connect us to our past, tell stories, and create shared experiences beyond words.
LUNA Omakase is that very story.
“With Luna, we wanted to bring a new kind of omakase experience to London — one that honours Japanese tradition while embracing creativity. Every dish on the menu is deeply personal to me, each one inspired by a memory, experience, or emotion that I hope will resonate with our guests.”
